Plan, Usage & Billing
Atmosly's Organisation Settings show your current plan, live usage against your plan's limits, projected billing, and your organisation's billing/tax details.
Navigating to Organisation Settings
Open Settings from the left navigation. In the settings rail, the Organisation group (labelled Workspace on personal accounts) contains:
- Plan & Usage
- Billing & Invoices
- Organisation details
On a Personal workspace, Plan & Usage is the live landing page. On an Organisation workspace, these pages are being rolled out — some rail links are marked Coming soon while self-serve billing is finalized.
Plan & Usage
The Plan & Usage page has three parts:
Active plan
Your current plan, its price, and a billing-cycle toggle (Monthly / Annual — annual includes roughly two months free). A This billing cycle panel projects your invoice: base plan + any overages/add-ons = projected invoice. An Upgrade plan action is available (or Manage contract on Enterprise).
Usage this cycle
Live usage meters show consumption against your plan's limits, with Approaching limit / Over limit / remaining indicators and an overage summary if you exceed a limit. Metered live today:
- Clusters
- Cloud accounts
- Users (seats)
- Projects
- Environments
- Applications
- AI remediation actions
Some meters shown on the page — Managed vCPUs, CI/CD build minutes, and Tracked cloud spend — display your plan ceiling with a Coming soon tag; they aren't metered live yet.

A comparison table of every plan, grouped into Capacity, AI & Compute, Security Scans, FinOps, Storage & Retention, and Platform & Governance, with your current plan highlighted and per-row overage/add-on rates.

- Personal is a free, single-user workspace with rule-based insights and no AI analysis (also limited to 2 environments and 10 applications).
- Starter and Growth are paid plans (billed monthly or annually) and add managed-vCPU and CI/CD build-minute allowances; Growth unlocks premium AI models.
- Enterprise is a custom contract with unlimited capacity, pooled AI usage, and the best models.
When you exceed a limit, most capacity meters bill as overages (e.g., per additional cluster, cloud account, or seat) rather than blocking you. See the Plan & Usage page for current pricing and exact overage rates.
Billing & Invoices
The Billing & Invoices page previews your upcoming invoice (line items and projected total), your payment method, and invoice history.
Self-serve payment is coming soon. Today this page is a preview — managing a payment method and downloading estimates are disabled, and invoices appear once billing is configured. Enterprise customers are billed per their agreement.
Organisation Details
The Organisation details page holds your organisation's identity and the billing/tax details used on invoices:
- Identity — organisation name, owner, and your role.
- Subscription — current plan, status, trial end (if any), and whether usage enforcement is on.
- Billing & tax details — legal entity name, billing email, country, and a country-aware tax ID (GSTIN / EIN / VAT / Tax ID), plus address. Click Save billing details to store them for invoicing.
