User Management

The User Management module allows you to manage who has access to your Atmosly organization, what roles they hold, and their current status on the platform.


Users List

Navigate to Users from the left menu to view the full list of users in your organization.

User Statuses

StatusDescription
RegisteredThe user has signed up and verified their email
InvitedThe user has been invited but has not yet accepted
InactiveThe user has been removed from the platform by an admin

The users list supports search and filtering across all columns, with the ability to apply multiple filters simultaneously.


Inviting a New User

  1. Navigate to the Users module from the left menu.
  2. Click Invite User.
  3. Enter the user's email address and assign a role.
  4. Click Invite User to send the invitation.

The invited user will receive an email with instructions to join the platform. Until they accept, their status will show as Invited.


Editing a User

  1. Click the edit icon in the Actions column of the users list.
  2. You can modify the following fields:
    • First name and last name
    • Mobile number
    • Role assignment
  3. Click Save to apply changes.

The email address cannot be changed after registration.


Removing a User

  1. Click the delete icon in the Actions column of the users list.
  2. You will be prompted to transfer the user's resources and ownership to another user before deletion.
  3. Select the destination user from the dropdown.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Deleting a user is a soft delete — the user's status changes to Inactive. Their resources are transferred to the selected user.


Re-activating a User

If a user has been deactivated (status: Inactive), an admin can re-activate them:

  1. Locate the inactive user in the users list.
  2. Click the re-activate option in the Actions column.
  3. The user's status will change back to Registered and they will regain access.

Resending an Invitation

For users with Invited status who haven't accepted yet:

  1. Click the resend option in the Actions column.
  2. A new invitation email will be sent to the user.

Permissions

To manage users, your role must have the appropriate User permissions:

Troubleshooting

  • If you encounter issues with user creation or role assignment, ensure that you have the necessary administrative privileges.
  • For login issues, verify the user's credentials and check for any SSO integration errors.
