User Management
The User Management system is a central part of our Atmosly, ensuring that users have the appropriate access to resources based on their roles and responsibilities. It is built with flexibility and security in mind, allowing for seamless collaboration across different departments and projects.
Users list
When you click on the ‘User’s' section of the module from the left drawer, you land on the user list.
The users list will give you a summary of all users on the platform. The following details of the users are visible on the users' list platform:
Column Name | Description |
---|---|
First name | This is the first name of the concerned user |
Last name | This is the last name of the concerned user |
Email ID | This is the email ID of the user registering on the platform or that was used to invite the user to the platform |
Role | Role that has been assigned to the user |
Status of the user | 1. Invited - The user has been invited by an admin, but the user has not accepted the invite yet 2. Registered - The user is a registered user of the platform, and their email ID has been verified 3. Inactive - The user has been removed from the platform by an admin |
Inviting a New User
- Navigate to the Users module from the left pane
- Click on "Invite User".
- Fill in the user details including email, and role.
- Click "Invite user" to create the user account.
Editing an existing user
- Click on the edit icon from the users' list
- You can edit the following fields for a user:
- Name - first and last name
- Mobile number
- Role
- Once the changes are done, click on Save!
Removing an existing user
Click on the bin icon from the users list to remove a user's access from the Atmosly dashboard for your organization.
Troubleshooting
➤ If you encounter issues with user creation or role assignment, ensure that you have the necessary administrative privileges.
➤ For login issues, verify the user's credentials and check for any active directory or SSO integration errors.
