This release brings Kubernetes 1.35 support, a new AI-powered SRE Agent, a redesigned Dashboard, full integration lifecycle management, expanded security compliance mapping, and a range of reliability improvements across clusters, pipelines, and cost optimization.

✨ New Features​

1. Kubernetes 1.35 Cluster Support​

Atmosly now supports Kubernetes 1.35 for both AWS and GCP clusters, including:

  • New cluster creation
  • Cluster import workflows
  • Agent-imported private clusters

This enhancement ensures compatibility with the latest Kubernetes features, security updates, and performance improvements across supported cloud providers.

2. SRE Agent (AI-Powered Cluster Monitoring)​

Introducing the new AI-powered SRE Agent, designed to proactively detect, analyze, and help resolve Kubernetes cluster issues. The SRE Agent continuously monitors cluster activity in real time and automatically identifies potential operational issues before they impact workloads.

Notification Configuration

  • Types of issues and alerts for which notifications should be sent

This feature enables teams to identify, investigate, and resolve cluster issues faster with AI-assisted insights and remediation capabilities.

Important

The debug-agent add-on must be installed in the cluster to use the SRE Agent.

3. New Dashboard UI​

We've introduced a redesigned Dashboard experience with an improved layout, better organization of information, and a more intuitive user interface to help users quickly access key insights and platform metrics.

4. Integration Lifecycle Management​

Atmosly now provides a complete lifecycle management system for integrations. Users can:

  • Disconnect integrations
  • Delete integrations
  • Re-activate inactive integrations directly from the UI
Important Notes

If an integration associated with an Environment or Application Blueprint is deleted, the following blueprint fields must be updated:

  • Git Source
  • Repository
  • Branch

Additionally, to reactivate stale environments, users must connect new workflows to the affected environment.

This enhancement provides greater control, flexibility, and governance over connected integrations.

5. Pipeline Stuck Detection Banner​

A new debugging banner has been introduced to improve visibility into pipelines that remain stuck during the CI phase.

What's New

  • A warning banner is automatically displayed when a pipeline remains in a Pending state for more than 5 minutes.
  • Users receive immediate visibility into potential execution delays and bottlenecks.
  • Improved troubleshooting experience for CI/CD workflows.

This enhancement helps teams identify and address pipeline execution issues more efficiently.

🚀 Improvements​

6. SRE Agent Enhancements​

The SRE Agent has been enhanced to provide better visibility and incident management capabilities:

  • Alerts are now clearly categorized as either Incidents or Individual Pod Alerts, making it easier to identify the scope and impact of issues.
  • Users can now add notes directly to alerts, enabling better collaboration, investigation tracking, and operational context sharing among team members.

7. Improvements to Imported Cluster Workflow​

Several enhancements have been made to the imported cluster onboarding and management experience. These improvements increase reliability, simplify cluster onboarding, and provide a smoother management experience for externally managed Kubernetes clusters.

8. Cluster Cost Optimization Enhancements​

Several improvements have been made to the Cost Optimization experience within the Cluster section:

  • Refreshed and improved UI for a more streamlined user experience.
  • Apply Fix is now supported directly from the UI for rightsizing recommendations, allowing users to take action without leaving the platform.
  • Increased data accuracy and improved recommendation reliability.
  • Better overall platform stability and enhanced user experience across cost optimization workflows.
GitOps Considerations

Applied fixes currently act as temporary changes. If workloads are managed through GitOps tools such as Argo CD, subsequent synchronization will reconcile resources back to the configuration defined in Git. Permanent changes should therefore be applied to the source manifests as well.

9. Security Scan Enhancements​

Security scanning capabilities have been expanded with enhanced compliance and framework mapping support. Security findings are now mapped against the following industry-recognized frameworks:

  • MITRE ATT&CK
  • CIS Kubernetes Benchmark v1.10.0
  • ArmoBest

Each failing control is mapped to one or more applicable frameworks, providing:

  • Improved compliance visibility
  • Better security posture tracking
  • More actionable remediation insights
  • Enhanced audit and reporting capabilities

These enhancements help organizations better understand and prioritize Kubernetes security risks.

🔧 Agent Add-on Update​

The ops-agent and debug-agent container images have been updated in this release.
